FAQ

Planning a custom order or visiting a new bakeshop usually comes with a few questions, so we gathered our most frequently asked questions to make your experience with us completely breezy! One of our most common questions is about how much advance notice we need for custom cakes and large event catering. We kindly ask for at least two weeks’ notice for all custom orders so our baking team has plenty of time to source specialty ingredients and perfect your design. For huge milestones like weddings or major corporate events, booking two to three months in advance is highly recommended to officially secure your date on our busy kitchen calendar.

Another popular topic is how we handle various dietary restrictions, allergies, and unique health preferences across our daily menu. While we proudly bake a rotating selection of gluten-free pastries and vegan treats every single week, please keep in mind that our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts every day. We take cross-contamination incredibly seriously and completely sanitize our workstation surfaces between baking cycles, but we cannot guarantee an entirely allergen free environment. If you have a severe allergy, please let our counter staff know right away so we can guide you toward the safest and most delicious choices!

Lastly, many guests wonder about our freshness policies and the absolute best ways to store their bakery loot once they get home. We firmly believe in serving food at its absolute peak, which is why every single item in our display case is baked completely from scratch that very morning. Our artisan sourdough loaves contain zero artificial preservatives, meaning they are best enjoyed within three days (or sliced up and frozen for long-term toast emergencies!). For delicate cream filled pastries, tarts, and custom frosted cakes, we always recommend keeping them safely chilled in the fridge until about thirty minutes before you plan to dig in.

I hope these answered most of the general questions we would get!
